At the turn of a street corner or in a square (“place”), find the magic of Lumière films- the first films in the history of the cinematograph- projected outdoors by roaming trucks.
Free screenings prepared by the Institut Lumière,in a continuous loop of 20 minutes.

Tuesday, October 15: Place des Archives and the Terrasses de la Guillotière (oppposite 30 quai Augagneur)
Wednesday, October 16: Place Maréchal Lyautey and Place Louis Pradel
Thursday, October 17: Place Béraudier and Place de la Comédie
Friday, October 18: Place de la Croix-Rousse and 16 Quai de Bondy (at the corner of the Pont la Feuillée)
Saturday, October 19: 2 Rue Saint-Jean and the Terrasses de la Guillotière (opposite 30 quai Augagneur)
Sunday, October 20: Place Béraudier

Monday, October 14 at 10am, 11:30am, 4pm or 6pm, come to the salons of City Hall for a program of screenings, prepared and commented by the Institute Lumière, including videos made from Lumière films, newsreels, and fiction films.
Plus a special cinematic look at Jean Moulin and the French Resistance.
