The photo gallery of the Institut Lumière, in the heart of Lyon

Inaugurated during the Lumière festival 2012 with the exhibition « Bob Dylan by Jerry Schatzberg », in the presence of the New York filmmaker and photographer Jerry Schatzberg, this new place in the city center is dedicated to cinema photography.

The gallery also featured the exhibition "Chaplin, rare and unknown" from December 2012 to March 2013, in collaboration with the Chaplin Association, who graciously granted us access to the photographic archives of the family.

For summer 2013, after an exhibition in Paris, the gallery will host "Silenzio!” by François Fontaine, "a photographic essay on the cinema, with film images from the 40s to today."

The exhibition to be held during the 2013 festival will soon be announced.
